District F includes the municipality of Havre de Grace and surrounding areas, parts of Aberdeen, Abingdon, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Perryman, Riverside and Belcamp.

District F is unique in that it touches all other Councilmanic districts in the County, and is bordered on one side completely by the Chesapeake Bay. It includes two independent municipal governments and the High School students in the district attend Havre de Grace, Aberdeen, Edgewood, Patterson Mill, C. Milton Wright and Harford Tech.

The district issues are as diverse as its borders and its residents. While serving the Citizen’s of Harford County I have also represented the needs and opinions of our many neighborhoods in District F. In addition to fighting for County funds, I work closely with the Mayors and City Councils of Aberdeen and Havre de Grace, our State and Federal Delegations to address the funding needs in District F.
